Public
Safety Fitness Education has been developed to provide quality,
scientifically-backed fitness education tailored specifically to
federal, state, and local law enforcement, fire and rescue, ems, and
military personnel. At this time there is a large deficit of
credible trainers specifically developed for public safety personnel.
The goal of our group is to establish a performance-based
standard through fitness education, seminars, workshops, the Certified
Performance Specialist™ accreditation, and with our online
training forum that is monitored by certified, experienced
professionals from each discipline.
Our events help safety personnel learn how to better physically prepare themselves for the
fitness demands associated with their job. Courses help to better prepared for annual
fitness tests, decrease on-the-job injury rates, and improve the
overall health and well being of safety professionals.
